Sold my dads home in less than 24 hours. Helped him prepare the home before sale in order to achieve the highest sale price in the neighborhood at date of sale. He was able to add several hundred sq ft of livable space he didn't even know he had with a simple a/c instal on the second floor. We now have him working to sell 2 more of our investment properties. He's great for investors both veteran and just starting out. He knows the rental markets and understands what an investor needs out of their properties to make them work. He doesn't waste your time with properties that won't cash flow or will turn in to be money pits. Don't get us wrong if you want to see a home he will show it to you or send you a video but he will give you his opinion. And as I said if you cant make it he doesn't have an issue going to do a walk through for you and send the video. If you are a first time home buyer or an experienced investor he's a great agent to use.
